1. All Sales Are Final for 1-of-1 Digital Collectibles

Because all artworks sold on our platform are exclusive 1-of-1 digital deliverables granting immediate cryptographic licensing and master file download access, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is marked as PAID.

2. Defective or Corrupt Asset Exceptions

If the delivered master file (ZIP, PSD, TIFF) is corrupted, inaccessible, or significantly differs from the preview gallery, buyers may request a file replacement or dispute investigation within 7 days of purchase.

To file a dispute, please contact our support team with your Order ID and transaction proof.
