Creator & Vendor Agreement

1. Creator Onboarding & Store Eligibility

By applying to become a verified Creator on Tactical Atmosphere, you represent and warrant that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of all digital artworks published through your store.

2. 1-of-1 Exclusivity Obligation

All artworks uploaded as 1-of-1 Digital Editions must be strictly exclusive. Once sold, you agree not to re-mint, re-upload, or sell identical copies of the artwork on this platform or any other third-party marketplace.

3. Royalty Revenue Share & Payouts

Creators receive an 85% net royalty payout on all completed sales. Royalties are accrued in your Creator Wallet and can be withdrawn via Bank Transfer or PayPal according to our settlement window.
